1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

Within Lahore: 2–3 business days
Other Major Cities (Pakistan): 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

(Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier service schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,999.
For orders below Rs. 4999, a standard delivery fee will apply (displayed at checkout before payment).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact details are provided to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon—stay tuned for updates!

7. Delivery Issues

We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy

Kindly ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing the order.
